Marketing & Sales Assistant Manager for Real-Estate Development Projects

- To gather and collect information of potential projects
- To prepare reports on real estates of big cities in Vietnam; be capable of understanding and analyzing reports on real estates with the perspective of a marketing professional
- To conduct site surveys and gather market information to reflect the pricings of the market
- To estimate the expenses related to marketing tasks and execute various marketing activities and promotions with reputable vendors
- To conduct feasibility studies of development projects
- To advise the product compositions and masterplans for prospective projects
- Other duties assigned by General Director.
- Workplace: Lotte Center Ha Noi, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi.

- Less than 3 years of working experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in university
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Capable in English presentation
- Potential dispatch to SPVs for specific projects
- No constraints for domestic and international business trips
- Preferred work experience: Housing development/sales/marketing or related fields
- Preferred skills: Management of sales contracts/payments & Korean language
