Marketing & PR Specialist (Senior / Lead)

1. THE JOB
* You will be the one who work directly with C-level to build up & grow Marketing department. We expect you to grow along with the company, and possibly become our Head of Marketing in the future.
* Responsible for all digital channels of the company (Facebook, Google Business Place, Instagram, Youtube, Website, Blog...).
* Strategizing & planning for short-term and long-term Marketing & PR activities.
* Work with & supervise junior team members to make sure the delivery of Marketing & PR plans will be on-time, on-quality & on-budget.
* Monitor closely KPIs of the company as well as of Marketing team, hustle all the way to achieve targets.
* Leading qualitative & quantitative research when needed, gathering customer insights, to support decision making process, on marketing as well as business improvement/expansion in general.
* Collaborate with other departments to help the company achieve KPIs, streamline operations, and develop core values.

3. IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Hustle! (have a ‘get-it-done’ entrepreneurial attitude). Startup lover/future entrepreneur is very much preferred.
* Experienced working on professional Marketing & PR industry (at least 2-3 years), directly planning, execute & managing online channels & brand.
* Creative, have a good taste of Art. A bit crazy is fine (good actually, but don’t be too much crazy).
* Bachelor in Marketing or PR/Communication is preferred. Master degree or studied abroad in those fields are very much preferred.
* Good at Critical Thinking (ability to think critically & systematically, analyze and solve problems with a strong Attention To Detail).
* Data-driven mindset & analytical skillset is preferred.
* Learn very fast; and be extremely flexible and adaptable.
* Proactive, self-driven, and independent minded.
