Mô tả công việc
• Provide a consistent professional brand experience across all marketing platforms.
• Provide support for Head of Marketing & PR and the Pandora Brand Manager in the Norbreeze Group office.
• Oversee and implement flawless execution for all Marketing and PR activities.
• Support with negotiating best rates with all external agencies , contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain and build strong relationship with local influencers and relevant Mall marketing managers.
• Create marked feedback and plan of actions, critical paths and retro-planning’s for all major projects.
OUTCOMES
MARKETING PLAN + BUDGETS:
- Ensure all campaigns + events are executed within allocated budgets.
- Generate a savings of minimum 15% across external partners purchases.
BRAND CAMPAIGNS, PR + EVENTS:
- Ensure campaigns + events are confirmed, scheduled and planned across all departments minimum 4 weeks before going live date.
- Ensure campaign + events line-up for the following 3 months are in planning and final preparation phase.
- Set clear, data specific objectives for individual campaigns + events and report results in a clear manner every month.
- Propose new technologies and campaign / event initiatives to stay industry relevant.
- Generate a revenue of 5x event cost for in-store sales driven events. Invite relevant partners and stake holders for large-scale events.
- Manage and build the local customer database.
- Capture a minimum of 95% of attendee data with external partnership events for CRM purposes.
- Source and secure a minimum of 5 partnerships / sponsorships per year.
RETAIL MARKETING (DEPT STORES+ MALLS):
- Present the marketing plan quarterly across all malls, department stores and wholesale partners to leverage on possible collaborations and support.
- Ensure all brand store listings are up to date across all malls, department stores and wholesale partners.
- Ensure participation in all relevant mall + department store campaigns and activities across all brands and track success.
- Ensure monthly mall / department store support for brand campaigns with in-mall and digital support.
- Ensure in-mall / department store advertising (minimum of 2x/year/location)
- Ensure plan + budget for new store or SIS openings are confirmed 4 weeks prior to launch (and can be moved if and when relevant if store opening is delayed).
REGIONAL MARKETING:
- Responsible for liaising with the regional marketing partners on a weekly basis.
- Ensure regional marketing support for all brand and marketing communication.
- Ensure that the regional partners marketing and PR contributions are executed and fulfilled successfully.
- Ensure brand’s participation in regional initiated campaigns with local malls or department stores.
