Mô tả công việc
1. Implement the brand style guide to ensure consistency and quality of positioning and visual identity in all school collateral.
Ensure full implementation in internal and external facing materials both offline and online.
Ensure that décor/furnishings in the buildings reflect the visual identity.
2. Implement school brand and campaign materials in the school.
Implement all marketing campaigns across the school.
Ensure clear visibility of campaigns in our printed collateral and digital presence.
3. Support team to optimize the development of the website and demonstrate leadership for the school at every stage of the parent online research journey.
Manage the school website.
Optimize SEO and implement recommendations for improvement.
Write the copy and provide any visual imagery requested.
4. Support the PR and media strategy for the school.
Support to develop and build media relationships.
Support to leverage paid advertising and advertorials to gain editorial coverage aligned to school brand messages.
5. Support the development and management of the annual event calendar and schedule for the school.
Create, manage and co-ordinate all internal and external events.
Support to develop and manage the school event budget.
Create and maintain the calendar of events on the school website.
6. Support the development and execution of event management procedures to ensure all events are executed efficiently and effectively.
Support the logistical planning and project management for all major events
Manage an efficient invitation and attendee tracking process.
Co-ordinate management and collateral required for external events such as school fairs and open days
7. Support to develop and execute creative themes for major events that bring to life the unique identity of the school.
Maximize branding opportunities to promote the school through community events.
Leverage external opportunities to showcase school performing arts and music departments.
8. Market major events through external outreach, media, PR and communications.
Build relationships with key external partners to maximize opportunities to promote the school through external events.
Promote major events through relevant online and offline channels.
Co-ordinate with school or external photographers / videographers to ensure ample collateral is produced for Communications to use in school social media and on the website news and blogs section.
9. Support to develop the annual marketing plans for the school aligned to the regional marketing plan.
Support the analysis of prior year performance.
Support the development of strategies and tactics for the coming year.
Support to manage the marketing budget.
10. Support team and do other tasks assigned by DAM/Principal

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor degree in marketing or related major
Minimum 1 year experience working in marketing team
Experience of having worked within a service delivery sector, education sector experience a bonus
Have a good command of English
Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
Experience of campaign development including creative materials
