Marketing & Customer Services Executive

‒ Highlight and work very closely with our export and local sales managers and review all enquiries, complaints and feedback
‒ Design, implement and improve customer satisfaction survey forms for both physical and online feedback for local and export markets
‒ Inform sales management of any issues related to daily works and make regular suggestions on how to improve efficiency and client service
‒ Receive and process customers’ orders and complaints, internally cooperating with colleagues from QM and R&D
‒ Follow up on shipments and update customers with lead times
‒ Provide pre- and after-sales-services to customers
‒ Identify customer needs and generate sales reports
‒ Welcome guests to our Sales Office
‒ General office activities
＋ Administrative work like the order of stationeries and necessities for the office, call repair services, transportation, etc.
＋ Connect with colleagues from HR&GA to control working time of staff working in office
＋ File documents
＋ Record sample orders in and out
‒ Conduct market research and analyze customer rating reports/questionnaires
‒ Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
‒ Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
‒ Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
‒ Compose and post online contents on the company’s website and social media accounts
‒ Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
‒ Plan and organize fairs and exhibitions in Vietnam and APAC and Middle East regions
‒ Ensure that sample products in our showroom on display are clean and well maintained at all times

‒ At least Bachelor degree in economics, business administration, marketing, social sciences or foreign languages
‒ Cultivated behavior and well-groomed appearance
‒ Min. 2 years experience in the same or a similar Marketing & Customer Service position in international companies
‒ Excellent customer service skills and high interest in marketing
‒ Good command of English language skills (speaking, reading, writing)
‒ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), email and Internet
‒ Pleasant, reliable and trustful personality with teamwork spirit, strong customer service orientation and empathy for marketing
‒ Confidence in making polite and effective customer calls and email conversation
‒ Ability to handle objections, complaints, queries with patience
‒ Self-organized, adaptable to changes with the ability to work under pressure
‒ Ability to multi-task and work on different programs and projects
‒ Able to work independently and meet deadlines
‒ Willingness to work overtime, if required
