Report to: Managing Director
Job Summary:
* General Marketing and PR tasks
• Manage the duties relating to Marketing and Communications for the Vietnam business
• Responsible for direction and execution of all internal and external communications
• Implement global brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities and strategic sales proposals and pitches
• Create and continuously refresh collaterals needed to promote the business and our services including: presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, white papers, newsletters, signage, advertisements and sales tools. Incorporate input from product marketing,
product management, executives, sales, PR and customers to create the most relevant and impactful business tools.
• Responsible for the Vietnam digital assets, including:
1. Website - promoting and managing content and linking to relevant events, research and business wins.
2. Social channels – promoting relevant news through appropriate digital channels for Vietnam
3. Pardot – managing client distributions through marketing automation tools to ensure we can measure result
4. Released – leveraging this microsite tool to promote marketing activity
• Manage client database for mailing activities - e-mail, tele-marketing, webinars
• Developing relationships and create speaking/sponsorship opportunities with relevant associations, industry groups and government.
• Develop relationships with real estate reporters and drive a strong media program, ensuring coverage and reporting to country manager on results Implement effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities and in line with global guidelines and in concert with regional marketing activity for Asia Pacific
• Develop annual marketing plans aligned to the business objectives and implement marketing plans accordingly and with the guidance of the country manager
• Plan, organize, execute and manage events including tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, sales training sessions and other corporate events
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing and communications activities and results to General Manager
* Data responsibility
• In charge of data management for the account contact and Client Contact Database / Engagement
• In charge of content for Vietnamese corporate Websites
• Finding new contacts which potentially require company services and put to data base
* Team Responsibility
• Manage a graphic designer
• Participate as a member of the regional APAC Strategic Marketing team, representing Vietnam
* Others
• Take direction from the Managing Director
• Block and manage work and personal time
• Be proactive in all aspects of the business
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
