(*) JOB SUMMARIES:
Senior Specialist– Marketing and Communications is in charge of developing concept, planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns for both corporate and Business Units. This person assists in the management of brand(s) through the implementation of brand plans within brand guidelines. In addition, the job holder also defines the “selling” messages and propose the title/ topics based on those. In addition, building relationship and capability to negotiate with both internal and external partners (suppliers, vendor, media) is also one of the tasks that this position needs to take into account.
(*) ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Finance:
- Keep track of the campaign to ensure the campaign activities should be in compliance with allocated branding budget
- Deal with agencies/ vendors/ suppliers for a reasonable price but still ensure the win-win position
2. Marketing Activities:
- Brainstorm the creative concept of campaigns to build the image of Talentnet with outsiders
- Define the "selling" angles, key topics, titles and messages of campaign
- Be in charge of leading the whole campaign (subject to scopes) from planning and execution to ensure the KPI achieved
- Manage integrated marketing activities across channels regarding direct marketing, events, advertising… that can make the campaign run successfully
- Run the campaign report based on the collected data and business intelligence
- Manage and negotiate all related agencies and vendors
-Work closely with Business Units to understand their expectations and requirements
- Work with Business Units to understand clients’ insights/ needs and thoughts for appropriate BD activities
- Actively suggest the new ideas or concept to enhance the corporate/ BU brands
- Follow up the projects closely and provide the solutions timely in case of any arising
- Be responsible for any difficult situations in dealing with external parties…
- Be supportive for any ad-hoc suggestions related to the brands appearance in the market
- Be responsible for all the Marketing Collaterals and materials
- Experience in managing integrated MKT campaign
- Support other administration tasks (if any)
3. Process/Function:
- Design the workflow for team meeting and ideas brainstorming so that the project can be executed smoothly
- Work closely with team members to understand their concerns or problems for the appropriate solutions
- Involve the Marketing team process regarding the admin process, project management and compliance…
- Be an active member and role model for any internal process of Marketing team and corporate
Learning & Growth:
- Participate in the seminars/events for updating knowledge and self-improve about marketing in industry 4.0
- Take part in events for MKT knowledge
- Read newspapers/ magazines to achieve news about the market.
Major Challenge:
- To be initiative but still result-oriented to enhance the 1st positioning and pioneer role of Talentnet
- To balance between Business Units branding activities and corporate ones
- To understand clients’ insight and build good relationship with external parties for result achievement
