Marketing & Communication Executive

• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns. Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications.
• Plan and organize complex PR campaign, press release and customer presentations to attract prospective customers
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
• Copy writing for related marketing collaterals & PR contents, including brochures, letters, emails, social media, websites and printed media.
• Developing and producing marketing materials including leaflets, posters and flyers which involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers
• Supporting line manager to propose the open letters, product advertising through email, SMS, and digital marketing tools.
• Prepare and build budget for marketing campaigns/activities. Monitor ongoing campaign expenses against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur. Produce an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
• Work with internal and external teams to proceed documents/contracts related to the services or programs being implemented.
• Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
• Other tasks related to Marketing as assigned by Leader/Manager/Director

• University Graduate with specialization in Marketing/Business/Economics/Commerce/Foreign Trade
• Male or Female age 24-28 years old.
• Business Level - English (TOEIC 600 or IELTS 6 as minimum)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing/Sales
• Good writing sills
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Good Excel skills & Presentation skills
• Organizational skills and Planning skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick learning, dynamic, positive & open mind, initiative action, multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to work independently and at the same time Good team spirit
• Having knowledge of water purifier or home appliance industry is an advantage
• Ability to go on business trips to provinces if requested.
