- Support to coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional activities
- Check club collaterals and ensure they are up to date & in good status
- Process MKT requests by teams in the most effective and fastest way
- Report on cost & budget (using AX and other tools)
- In charge of payment and other paperwork and system work
- Coordinate with MKT team members and other internal teams to support each other and maintain a good working environment while making sure all clubs are at their best.
- Support Team Leader & Manager for other marketing & reporting tasks

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University/ College degree in marketing, accounting, or related fields
- Welcome fresh graduate or 1 year experience in marketing, admin, member relations or similar
- Well organized, good at time management, can multitasks
- Good MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Good problem solving, critical thinking
- Ability to be tactful and diplomatic in communication with individuals at all levels of the company, vendors, guests and members
- Possess a true willingness to help people
- Understanding of and enjoyment from both exciting tasks & repeated paperwork tasks.
- Desire to learn and grow personally and professionally
- Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles
- Responsive and well maintain of value chain in each task
