Mô tả công việc
1. Marketing Operations:
- Manage Marketing spends approvals, contracts, payments and assigned budget tracking.
- Processing SAP, Mfar, PR|PO as per Marketing team requirement by independently follow-up cross functions to get approval in full on time.
- Filing Marketing documents as required.
- Logistic meeting arrangement for VPs, brand team.
- Support VP and marketing team in travel request, booking, expense claims.
- Responsible for product listing to support brand team, monthly competitors tracking.
- Accommodating Marketing team by logistic requirement eg team party arrangement, bonding session.
- Other ad hoc Support if required.
2. Events and other Marketing Activation:
- Support the team to run Marketing Events and other forms of brand activation if required.
- Translations, MIS and presentations
- Translate from Vietnamese to English or vice versa as required by the team
- Under guidance from the Marketing team - help retrieve data from various internal and external resources and present in the desired format
- Support VP and brand team for presentation if required eg. editing, formatting, etc.
3. Other duties:
- Deliver against ad-hoc work as per the instructions of the VP Marketing, Marketing Directors and Senior Managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
₋ Work 5 days/week.
₋ Qualifications: Bachelor or Diploma. Preferable 1 year in PA, MKT coordination.
₋ Good command over English (writing, reading, speaking and listening) and MS Office applications
₋ Prior experience with SAP and in the Marketing function would be an added advantage
₋ Personal qualities: Proactive in work with a high sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and able to work independently.
₋ Ability to communicate with cross functions and problem-solving. Fast track of learning. Growth of mindset.
