Mô tả công việc

* Offline sampling and acquisition (65%):
- Propose full year offline sampling and acquisition plan with clear role of each channels (hospitals, door-to-door sampling, home sampling, sampling via retailers)
- Work with agencies and key stake-holders to align and sign off yearly detailed plan (including: scope, master plan, process of sampling, KPIs,…) to deliver business objectives and also comply with KC’s compliance and risk management process (e.g. Form 04)
- Work closely with procurement team, legal, internal control, finance on the bidding and contract and process of hospital sponsorship program to ensure KC’s compliance process
- Execute and manage daily operations of OTB/door to door sampling agency/MT KAs to deliver KPIs and ensure excellent quality of execution through clear and efficient process of audit/tracking by 3rd party agencies
- Work closely with CRM manager to ensure seamless database collecting and uploading for CRM purpose and convert to sales
- Review and evaluate effectiveness of hospital acquisition program on monthly basis for optimization and improvement if needed
- Work with Mill team/DP team/CS team to manage hospital sample production schedule (quarterly or bi-monthly) and deliver to agency
- Design/produce sample box with the right component and attractive sampling box for each channel (POME BM can help with this)

* Hospital branding program (15%):
- Work with hospitals/agencies for the branding program inside and around hospitals in the next 2-3 years
- Execute/manage the signed off branding program to make sure we outshout competitors

* Hospital relationship building and management (5%):
- Facilitate direct conversations between KCV and top 5 hospitals in Tier 1 for hospital initiatives i.e. preemie sponsorship, branding, engagement with nurses/midwives/doctors,…
- Facilitate top to top meetings between KCV’s leaders with hospitals’ leaders to start building relationships with the hospitals

* Partnership with infant milk company (5%):
- Key contact point of offline sampling and acquisition partnership (hospital, home sampling,…) discussion and execution with infant milk company

* Other hospital initiatives management (10%):
- Work with sales team to ensure Huggies POME’s availability and visibility around and inside hospitals
- Work with sales team for selling contract and supply for hospitals’ stores
- Deal for good display/visibility program in the hospitals’ stores

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- University degree in Marketing / Commerce / Business Administration
- 3-5 years experience in similar roles at FMCG companies or BTL advertising agencies (used to work with Hospital channel)
- Understand operations and execution details to manage daily work
- Collaborative work with external and internal stakeholders, project management skills
- Skills in reporting and presenting program performance reviews with stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Understand how hospital system works
- Have a basic understanding/innate curiosity about consumers, and brands
- English proficiency is a must
