- Develop, connect relationship of team members, follow work and promote department’s development
- Build relationship with others departments related of Central Group Vietnam, such as : Expansion & Development, Shopping
mall, Leasing department, Marketing department, Architect, stores managers
- Build relationship with other construction company, market research company, authorities related
- Collaborate with Market Research department of Central Group to promote development of new stores of Big C Viet Nam
- Develop, connect relationship of team members, follow work and promote department’s development
- Build relationship with others departments related of Central Group Vietnam, such as : Expansion & Development, Shopping
mall, Leasing department, Marketing department, Architect, stores managers
- Build relationship with other construction company, market research company, authorities related
- Collaborate with Market Research department of Central Group to promote development of new stores of Big C Viet Nam

- Research feasibility of potential site, including market analysis and finance analysis, to develop Big C new stores at HCM City, Ha Noi and others cities in Vietnam
- Control, analyse market research report, potential site assessment report, brand strategy report
- Develop, connect relationship of team members, follow work and promote department’s development
- Build relationship with others departments related in Central Group Vietnam, such as: Expansion & Development, Shopping
mall, Leasing department, Marketing department, Architect, stores managers … to update all information about Big C Viet
Nam development and activities, propose ideas for system development
- Build relationship with construction company such as: Architectural and Planning service… to collect information about urban
development orientation in the future
- Build relationship with authorities such as Population Committee, Statistic ministry… to collect population information, and
economic data
- Collaborate with Market Research department of Central Group to promote development of Big C new stores at Viet Nam
- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors
