Mô tả công việc
• Manage custom research projects as per business requests including Shopping, Pricing etc
• Pro-actively look for business opportunities and find creative ways to deliver insights as part of the broader CMI team and also together with agency partners.
• Identify growth opportunities by using a variety of different data sources - continuous market data, secondary research, and most importantly primary custom ad hoc research on shopping behaviours, be that on-line or in-store behaviour to maximize performance of Media plan for each Brand.
• Work with Retail, Consumer panel, Brand tracking & other Data sources, integrating these seamlessly with Commerce & Channel information to create Meta-analysis for growth insights.
• Land and embed best practice tools from Market Intelligence, Pricing, Channel and Shopping including eCommerce.
• Work with related partners to automate standard reporting systems as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 3+ years of working experience in Performance Marketing Analyst/ Market Research
• Good understanding & experiences of Market research
• Understanding of retail and channel landscape
• Digital skill is a must
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Interest in human behaviour / psychology
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong project management skills
• Good interpersonal and ability to manage stakeholders well
• A team player; accountable, open minded who likes to work in rapid and agile way.
