Mô tả công việc
• Collecting all customer/user feedback about the company’s products and services via different channels (Sales, Product Managers, digital channels etc.)
• Reviewing and analyzing feedback as it comes in, and passing this information on to relevant department(s) for timely action
• Organizing focus groups and formal scheduled reviews of company products
• Assisting with the planning and organization of promotional events and workshops
• Assisting with the planning, production and distribution of printed materials and point-of-purchase displays for company-wide usage

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (in marketing, business administration, journalism, communications, or relevant majors)
• At least 2 years of experience in collecting and analyzing customer feedback, conducting focus groups, and organizing promotional events
• Available for business trips and variable schedule(s)
• Be proactive, reliable, organized, with an attention to detail
• Functional English (B1+)
• Computer skills (MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets)
