Market Research & Business Analyst Expert

Lead feasibility stage of new business/new product/new service project
Collect & synthesize data from multiple sources and develops realistic, insightful and actionable recommendations for the business stakeholders, and present the analysis in a coherent, meaningful way
In charge of in house research projects, design and execute research methodologies & techniques, collaborate with team members or outside vendors to customize research design and methodologies where needed.
Works closely with the internal cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to understand business needs & issues
Consult board of directors in decision making process based on logical & critical analysis from both internal & external perspectives
Understand consumer and market insights and deep dive into business performance indicators to identify growth opportunities, new business opportunities
Able to handle, process and analyze big data sources

Bachelor’s degree with minimal 5 year experience in market research and business intelligence/analysis is a plus
Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
Business and financial acumen
Effective communication & writing skills
Self-driving, able to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and statistical software
