Mô tả công việc
- Manage relationships, ensure harmony between MM team in his/her respective office;
- Coordinate with HQ team to product business kit for MM in his respective office (eg. name cards, t-shirt, hotel souvenirs, etc), ensure MM team has enough supply of this kits;
- Provide admin support for the expense report submission for MM team in his respective office (eg. ensure compliance when filling in the report, tracker, etc);
- Update report and tracker developed by PM MM Ops for MM Team in his respective office (eg. expense tracker, MM hiring);
- Voice out aspiration from MM Team in his respective office to HQ team if there is a dispute in the compensation and benefits that they get;
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisors and Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree (if not possible, need to be equivalent with Diploma degree or secretarial);
- Proficient in English (verbal and written);
- Min 2 years experience in secretarial or event organizer field (or similar);
- Organizational experience during your study (or in the social community) is preferred. Easy going and can blend well in a multi-cultural environment;
- Good communication skills. Have some experiences in liaising and negotiating with external vendors;
- Detail-oriented and well organized;
- Work well under a tight deadline;
- Firm and can quickly make decision.
