Report to: Sales Director North East Region
Base in Hai phong, manage 11 provinces (Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh)
Manage Market Execution team to define Key success factors as well as methodology to ensure effective implementation and well execution of Commercial initiatives and strategy in market regarding:
1. Route to Market
2. RED and PiCOS
3. Sales Incentive
4. Sales Force Automation (hệ thống bán hàng tự động)
5. Revenue Growth Management
*** INTERNAL INTERACTION:
- Sales Director
- HRBP Manager
- CFO
- ASM
- Trade Marketing manager
- Sales Training Manager
*** KEY DUTIES:
To deal with major customers – Supermarkets, Hyper markets, Cash & Carry, convenience stores, offices and to develop the strategic Plan for Key Account Business across the country for increasing market share, NSR and ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution.
Support Region Commercial Manager in delivering their regional commitments
• Ensure effective sales training program for different roles and levels in Sales and Commercial Organization and define appropriate sales capability development strategy to meet business needs.
• Responsible for ensuring an effective Trade/Customer Marketing through new PICOS definition, RED Implementation, Tracking and Auditing Process
• Develop incentive schemes for different levels, different channels that motivate sales team to achieve company strategic target in short and medium term.
• Develop Sales Force Automation System Strategy and Implementation Plan, define appropriate Tools, Systems and Processes to deliver Company Strategy regarding Distributor Management System and other Commercial Digital initiatives
• Support Region Commercial Managers (Sales Director) in developing region capability as well as build up daily execution excellence culture in the Region
• Manage & lead Sales Trainer
• Develop and manage RED as a sales tool
• Develop and manage national sales incentives
• Develop Sales Force Automation tools, systems, and processes
• Manage and executive the Route to Market (RTM) in region

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Qualifications:
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics is minimum. MBA is preferable
10 years experience in Sales, Marketing or Commercial, FMCG experience is preferable
At least 5 years experience in Route to Market, Channel Development, Trade Marketing and Commercial Excellence
At least 3-5 years in Management Position and lead a team of +10 members up

Analytical and result oriented
Organization and People Development
* Related Experience:
2 years experience in Distributor Management System, Digital marketing, E-commerce is a plus
2 years experience in Sales Capability Development is a plus
