Key Tasks
• Quarterly competition review in the country - new offerings, major customer movement, new capabilities, strategic movements to be reported. Associated next steps to be formulated
• Quarterly macro trends analysis for the country - all trends impacting business to be reported with associated next steps
• Project manage the NPS process and ensure outcomes result in requisite projects/ initiatives
• Facilitate and project manage the CS Ops regular catch up and ensure next steps are clearly aligned
• Assist in designing and revising country strategy
Key Accountabilities
• Ensure voice of customers (from all channels) is adequately represented in the organization
• Ensure the organization picks up on macro trends before they impact local business
Market knowledge
• Constantly study the market and keep abreast with key developments
• Publish regular reports highlighting major market shifts/ macro trends impacting or soon to impact DHLeCommerce business
Voice of customer
• Through various channels, ensure voice of customers is constantly and very promptly captured and reviewed
• Ensure the voice of customers is transformed into actionable items
Project management
• Ensure all deliverables (market knowledge/ voice of customer) result in action oriented items
• Project manage these items and ensure requisite teams are working on it
• Communicate with the Commercial team to ensure success of voice of customer initiatives is appropriately addressed during business reviews with customers

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 3-4 years experience in express/ last mile business good to have but not compulsory
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in product management/ project management/ key account management would benefit
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Language: English , Level: Conversational/ Expert
