Mô tả công việc
A. Broad Knowledge & In-depth Industry
• Traveloka Product;
• Business modeling & partnership agreement;
• Travel/Accomodation/Heath and Beauty Knowledge and Experience.
B. Relationship Building
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific account partners;
• Develop and expand relationships and commercial partnerships with various partners and channels
• Maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
C. Business Opportunities Identification
• Initiates new as well as follows up on existing partner relations to investigate innovative ways to cooperation that will help Traveloka reach our strategic goals;
• Work with Traveloka product management teams to design and develop innovations/initiatives with partners that can help further Traveloka / product's success.
D. Partnership Health Management and Monitoring
• Communicate clearly the progress of internal/external/joint initiatives to internal/external stakeholders;
• Forecast and track key partnership metrics (e.g: sales, issues, etc) and escalate/resolve issues accordingly.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications/Social Science from top local or overseas universities with min GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale;
• 2+ year of relevant work experience in business development and partner relationship at reputable e-commerce/ banking/ tourism business is a plus;
• Ability to manage team to Performance Targets and willingness to visit partners and work outside the office;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong intuitions of tourism industry players;
• A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence.
• 2+ year of relevant work experience in business development and partner relationship at reputable e-commerce/ banking/ tourism business is a plus;
