1. MARKET ACCESS: Optimizing time to first sales and working on levers to grow the business
* IMPLEMENTING PRE-MARKETING ACTIVITIES TO SPEED UP OPTIMAL TIME TO SALES
- Identification and mapping of the Key stakeholders within the targeted hospitals in order to make our products available as quickly as possible
- Optimization of the hospitals listing process though the HDS team while collaborating with Field Force (endorsement of MDs / Nurses)
* REPORTING AND MONITORING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MARKET ACCESS STRATEGY
- Setting objectives for the HDS team in line with URGO Strategy
- Identification of KPIs , monitoring them and reporting the implementation on a monthly basis
- Identification of the gaps versus initial plan and recommend the corrective plan of action
* REPORTING AND MONITORING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MARKET ACCESS STRATEGY
- Setting objectives for the HDS team in line with URGO Strategy
- Identification of KPIs , monitoring them and reporting the implementation on a monthly basis
- Identification of the gaps versus initial plan and recommend the corrective plan of action
* PROACTIVE NETWORKING TO PROMOTE AWC TO MARKET ACCESS-RELATED STAKEHOLDERS (VSS, PROCUREMENT,...)
- Developing good relationship with identified key stakeholders in order to get easy access
- Promoting actively AWC Management fundamentals as well as URGO awareness with all the identified stakeholders
* FACILITATE COVERAGE AND PAYMENT FOR URGO'S AWC PRODUCTS (REIMBURSEMENT STRATEGY)
- Identify and develop payer- specific strategies including generation of economic and clinical data supporting the products’ value proposition
- Attend regional or national professional society meetings as needed to educate current and potential customers on reimbursement issues and to gain support for market access through policy and/or-clinical guideline development
2. TENDER OPTIMIZATION: Improving winning-rate, pricing and volume to strengthen URGO's Leadership
* IDENTIFICATION AND MONITORING OF THE TENDER BUSINESS IN PUBLIC HOSPITALS
- Identification of the relevant KPIs (winning rate, average price, Volume, %MS,...)
- Monitoring these KPIs on a continuous basis
- Identification of area / Lever for improvement and corrective action plan
- Implementation of the corrective plan of action
* OPTIMIZATION OF THE MIX VOLUME X VALUE AT THE HOSPITAL LEVEL
In coordination with Sales department:
- Designing and implementing plan of action to increase price on a yearly basis
- Designing and implementing plan of action to increase Volume and Market share versus competition
* GETTING READY FOR NEW REGULATIONS (IE CENTRALIZED TENDER)
- Gathering all the important and up-to-date data from governing bodies and/or Pharma association
- Anticipating possible impact on URGO's Business by identifying Centralized tender and decision making processes
- Designing and implementing a sound strategy to increase the business
3. GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS MANAGER: Shaping the environment in line with URGO Medical Long term Strategy
* PROACTIVE NETWORKING AND STAKEHOLDERS MAPPING
- Developing a good understanding of different governing bodies (ie: VSS, MOH, VMA, FDA) and their respective stakeholders (at the national & regional level) in order to get an up-to-date mapping and decision making process understanding.
- Developing good relationship with identified key stakeholders in order to get easy access
- Promoting actively AWC Management fundamentals as well as URGO awareness with all the identified stakeholders
* ORGANIZING AND ATTENDING RELEVANT EVENTS
- Organizing events, F2F meeting in order to provide opportunities to meet with stakeholders (either under URGO only or in conjonction with others associations (MDDSC, French Healthcare Viet Nam,..)
- Being the Representative of URGO Viet Nam in front of the Media and national governing bodies
* MONITORING AND INFLUENCING MEDICAL DEVOCES REGULATIONS
- Keeping proactively the knowledge and the know how in MD Regulation up-to-date by gathering continuously new informations on the MD environment (Registration, Tender/procurement, Reimbursement,...)
- Through Regular Meetings and interactions with Key stakeholders, influencing the decision making process of new regulation in line with URGO strategy in the following fields: Registration, Tender/procurement, Reimbursement,...
* KEY LT / HIGH LEVELE STRATEGIC PROJECTS LEADER
- As a Urgo Medical COMEX Member, taking part of as Leader to the long term strategic Projects such as Guidelines, Reimbursement (ie UrgoStart) including Medico-eco studies, PPP in association with VSS and MOH
- Coordination with all the other URGO Team members on a regular basis in order to foster synergies, Knowledge and Know-how
- Reporting to General Manager and HQ on a regular basis in order to identified the potential gap versus initial strategy with corrective Plan of Action
* URGO REPRESENTATIVE TO MD AND PHARMA ASSOCIATIONS
- The incumbent will be one of the official URGO representatives to the following bodies: EUROCHAM MDDSC, Frecnh Healthcare Viet Nam

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Marketing/ Business/ Finance + Pharmacist/ Scientific background
- Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in Sales Management in Healthcare Industry (Pharma and/or MD)
- Analysis skills, Planing & organization techniques, Relationship skills, Problem-solving techniques, Negotiation skills, Time management
- Database Management (ACCESS)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) & Excellent Vietnamese (verbal and written)
- Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in Sales Management in Healthcare Industry (Pharma and/or MD)
