Markerting Executive

Marketing Planning
- Participate in the development of marketing and communication strategies.
- Participate in the development of marketing and communication plan for the brand, including:
• Build the idea, message & image of the brand and of each program;
• Develop brand communication plans and marketing plans for each specialty: sales promotion plans, customer interaction plans, customer care plans;
• Develop a detailed plan for each marketing program.
Organizing the implementation of marketing activities
- Organize the implementation of approved marketing plan and communication; monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of programs;
- Buildup & increase Brand Awareness:
• Brand awareness planning;
• Develop and monitor standards and brand identity;
• Manage social networks, build and develop AIH fan page;
- Marketing sales to ensure the increase in the number of customers:
• Develop sales kit and sales support materials;
• Liaising with event executive to optimize the effectiveness of events, promotions, interactive activities with target audiences (conferences, seminars, ...);
• Building, producing and using effective POSM;
• Liaising with vendors, suppliers, agencies to execute marketing campaign and produce marketing materials.
• Monitor and report all activities of competitors
• Participate in survey and advice on prices to ensure competition with the market;
• Increase customer database;
• Organize activities to survey and evaluate customer satisfaction;
Budget management
• Budgeting and submitting for approval;
• Implement the approved budget effectively;
• Evaluate the cost effectiveness / quality of marketing and communications programs.
Other tasks:
• Support other marketing activities;
• Perform administrative work, record tracking;
• Actively participate in and accomplish tasks assigned to them in literary activities;
• Complete other tasks as required by the director.

University graduated related with Marketing, Business Management, Communication related field
Position-related experience: 1-2 year experience in equivalent positions, preferably with experience in the medical field.
Personal qualities: Easy to adapt, enthusiastic, responsible, able to bear high pressure on the job
Working attitude: Dynamic, flexible, creative
Basic Skills: Negotiation skills, communication, planning, presentation; Skills and experience in relation to the media, the media; Additional skills (foreign languages, engineering ...); Computer skills; English proficiency
