Markerting Executive

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for company's products and services
- Manage the product category, be responsible for top line and bottom line of powder category
- Propose and implement marketing plans for the category under overall global brand vision covering all elements of the marketing mix (portfolio management, advertising, pricing, channels distribution).
- Plan and oversee implementation of innovative programs including channel promotions and customer specific promotions to support the growth of the business.
- Collaborate with consumer insights to develop research concepts and derive consumer centric insights, as well as optimize value propositions.
- Provide the highest level of creative and innovative marketing supports to the business in achieving sustainable business growth and thus delivering financial promises
- Sale support for the main distribution channels (brand activation, promotion, brand image).

- University degree in Marketing/ Economic/ Trade.
- At least 5 year-experience in same position
- Having an analytical mind and a creative attitude to resolving problems.
- Ability to work effectively in a high pressure and multitasking environment.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Vietnamese
- Good computer skills using all major office applications
