Marcom Senior – Internal Communication

The Internal Communications Senior shall provide coordination and support overall internal communications of Deloitte Vietnam. This person will also support the external communications team by providing content to them. This role will be responsible for Deloitte’s internal messaging and providing relevant content for our internal leaders to use with their teams and local clients. The individual will have the opportunity to work across multiple functional areas in the practice and interact closely with senior management.

• Work closely with senior leadership to develop communications that build engagement and a positive transparent culture.
• Plan, write and edit content on behalf of leadership for a variety of internal communications vehicles including but not limited to: email, video, newsletters, monthly meetings, blogs, and physical and digital signage.
• Develop content that can be used by our partners and staff to communicate with their local clients on the latest developments at Deloitte
• Create a seamless flow of information that results in team members receiving important information from leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations/Communications, or Advertising OR 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in driving high-technology and corporate communications messaging platforms and programs particularly in order to track the success rate for electronic communication campaigns
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfort level working under tight deadlines with the ability to gather, information, and present recommendations to higher level of management
• Ability to work independently, prioritize work load, project manager, and display high-level organizational skills
• Strong listening, creative thinking, influencing and relationship-building skills in a project-driven environment
• Ability to communicate and interact across business function and position levels, including executive leadership and senior management
• Storytelling that encompasses marketing techniques (visual, technology, graphics) to capture attention and inspire action (behavior-changing)
• Experience working with internal and external communications
• Thorough understanding of the different aspects of corporate communication
• Must have advanced knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe, or other programs specific to the job in order to complete job duties successfully
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively internally and externally when completing assignments
• Must have strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustment to meet business needs.
