Marcom Officer

1. Marcom
• Propose marketing plan aligns with annual marketing budget.
• Proactive to Organize and execute marketing activities align with approved marketing plan: Branding event, seminars, exhibitions, training event…
• Design and execute communication and media planning
• Coordinate with marketing agency in BKK to build local content and translate to local content for digital media: facebook, Website, youtube, linkedin ect.
• Develop media relations with key publications for news, PR, newspapers, Advertising for Corporate and Retail.
• Monitor and manage online ads campaign and report performance from Marketing Agency: Facebook ads, Google Shopping, Keyword CPC, GDN banner, linkedIn Ads
• Develop Vietnamese content for for email marketing. Prepare database for running email marketing campaign and report performance.
• Analyze and evaluate digital marketing performance: Google analysis, website traffic, conversion rate…
• Work with agency in order to produce Online marketing material: Product Video, Product image, and articles..
• Responsibility for creation, printing and fulfillment of local commercial literature/premiums.
• Responsibility for localize communication material: brochure, catalog, user guideline, video subtitles ect…
• Support planning and execution of retail sales promotions campaigns
• Work with Manufacturer’s marketing team to enhance branding awareness and other marketing activities.

2. Sales Support:
• Daily interact with potential customer and got retail leads from online ads channel and distribute to sales staff.
• Tracking retail deals progress on Salesforce to make sure all retail deal be updated by sales
• Tracking Salesforce and remind sales team update frequently.
• BCI search and feed potential projects to sales team by account and Territory
• Following up retail stock status and props
• Support to work with Ecommerce for online selling: Tiki, Shopee..
• Assist Sales Director in: Commercial Sales and Retail sale report, Involve weekly meeting for meeting minutes, And others related activities.

• At least 3 years work experience in a Marketing/Marcom execution position
• Proved record of Marketing/Marcom in the Premium Sport products is an advantage.
• Work experience in digital marketing, event organization, public relation and brand building.
• In depth knowledge of local markets, channels and competitors.
• Well established contacts to market driving parties.
• Must be proactive in planning and excuting.
