How do we expect a Marcom Lead does at Hum Vietnam?
• Marcom Lead works at both poles of his/her job title, as well as where marketing and communications duties intersect. The marketing management side of the job may involve the development and refinement of marketing goals, promotional activities, and branding. Directing market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities is another marketing job duty; meanwhile, the key concern of communications management is the public's perception of our brands and products.
• This will be achieved through a combination of corporate communications, public affairs and digital marketing development communication strategies.
Your main responsibilities?
• Handle essential distinct marketing functions: sales, advertising, promotions, public relations and customer service. Each element of marketing communication deals directly with sending messages to our clients/partners and receiving messages from them.
• Conveying our brands' internal and external messages; in particular, you will take charge of produce written materials (content, letter, mail, presentation…) to ensure effective communication with our clients/partners (external message) and also with employees (internal message).
• Develop strategic communications planning for promotion and dissemination of our brands and marketing content.
• Manage the corporate branding through develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on the website, Facebook, Google Business, TripAdvisor and others related channels.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation practices
• 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on content development and/or reporting, knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Solid knowledge of digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy.
• Strong project and planning management skills.
• Copywriting and copyediting.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, Word Press, Mail-chimp, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Highly motivated, quick-learner, self-starter.
• Efficient knowledge of English (both speaking and writing).
