Workplace: G Floor, SCS Building, Plot T2-4, D1 Street, Saigon Hi-tech Park, Tan Phu Ward, Dist. 9, HCM City, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities
- eMail campaign execution:
o Direct Mail invitation processing based on internal system
- Marketing event organization
o Marketing events, seminar, exhibitions supporting: customer invitations (inviting customer by both direct and phone call).
o Annual Offline Marketing material: gift away searching and supplier communicating.
o Barter Media censoring based on price, marketing term checking and dealing such as University or Association.
- Social media and website content
o Content searching and marketing material supporting on the company’s website and social media accounts
- CRM system qualifying
o Daily mistake correcting and contact qualifying from CRM system
o Searching/qualify new project for sales purpose
o Searching/qualify new contacts for new key accounts

Desired Outcomes / KPIs
- Reach 80-100% number of Customer attend for Seminar, Event based on campaign
- % Mistake correction from CRM
- % On Time submission for even

Key Relationships
- Internal: Marketing team, Sales team
- External: Customers, Supplier

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of business (marketing, professional communicating, administration)
- English: good in 4 skills: writing, reading, speaking as well as listening
- Computer skills: Ms. Office, Photoshop, Illustration is a plus
- Experience: Prior B2B marketing experience is preferred but not compulsory (junior level is acceptable)

o Consistent at work and management of assigned tasks and schedule
