Job Description
1. Planning
* Collect training data in order to make yearly training plan for Production
* Short term - long term planning for Instructor manpower base on training workload
* Planning equipment & facility for Manufacturing Operator training courses
2. Ad hoc
* Designing the curriculum for Process Training course ( new machine, new or change technical, new method, etc.)
* Reviewing and evaluating all the current curriculum of process training course
* Improve the training method and test-examination method for technical training course
3. Project
* To be coordinator of all the projects that are related to training for operation in the manufacturing
4. Others
* Take suggestion scheme as dept. target
* Do the other task assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher, major: sciences
* Good command of English
* Understand the training Management system in the manufacturing
* At least 02 years experiences in Training Management in the Manufacturing
* Work instruction writing skill
* Ability to motivate others
* Cost awareness
Additional Information
* Shuttle buses are provided from various locations of Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai and Binh Duong
