Manufacturing Technology Engineer

- Follow up plans of building samples and/or new products and provide process and technical support for manufacturing operations and other corporate functions
- Interface with relative personnel to actively troubleshoot problems as well as continually improve the process
- Participate and assist in the development of new process technology, equipment, and projects.
- Validate and start-up new processes, new equipments and transfer to related department, especially new molds
- Make operation procedure, work instruction, troubleshooting instruction, maintenance program, and calibration instruction for new equipments
- Implement cost reduction initiatives, improve process yields, and utilize Lean and Six Sigma Methodology.
- Train production personnel on new equipment and processes.
- Study and analyze product specifications to issue technical reports to make sure quality requirements are met with minimize cost and practical to production.
- Evaluate/analyze new customer requirements, make necessary improvements needed to ensure customer requirement are met.
- Responsibility for controlling testing equipments in lab room and ensure the accuracy, proper handling, use, preservation and storage of measuring and test equipment (MTE), jigs, tools, accessories, replacement parts, technical manuals, software in charge.
- Establish, maintain, update and continually improve necessary documents in lab room in compliance with requirements of Customers, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, Industrial Standards, Government Regulations, Quality Manual; Procedures: 4M changes, MTE calibration; Work instruction; Inspection criteria....
- To properly implement SPC into processes for early identification of process variation/abnormality, quick analysis of root cause and effective corrective & preventive actions.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned by the superior

- University Degree in Mechtronics or Mechanical Engineering
- Male (23 -25 years old)
- Fresh student or 1 to 2 years experiences in Engineering field
- Fluently in reading, writing and speaking English
- Good at software and computer skill: Autocad 2D, Solidworks
- Willing to work overtime when required
