Manufacturing Technician

Responsible for Cell and SMT Line shift support assisting Process Engineers in maintaining and improvement of product assembly quality and yields.

• Responsible for assisting process engineers in setting up and maintaining PCBA assembly and backend accessories equipment which include documentation preparation, process monitoring and tracking and preventive maintenance.

• Responsible for SMT Operation product assembly processes sustaining which include manufacturing issues troubleshooting, product yields and quality reporting and maintaining equipment process parameters such as screen printing and product temperature profiles requirement and etc.

• Responsible for assisting process engineers on specific new product introduction and engineering evaluation.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

- Certificate / Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in SMT / PCB assembly environment

REQUIRED SKILLS and/or EXPERIENCE
- Possesses basic knowledge of SMT processes and equipment

DESIRED SKILLS and/or EXPERIENCE
- Exposed to SPC / 6-sigma / Lean concepts and methodologies

LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Must be able to understand instructions and communicate clearly with engineers, supervisors and operators

- Sense of right responses by being aware of urgency, demands
- Make available – as priorities may change rapidly and provide right actions with right timings
- A good degree of recognizing what need to be done BEFORE being asked what to do
- Able to adapt to change of plans at last minute

- 13th Gross salary Payment
- Company bus from Hanoi, Hai Duong, Hung Yen to Company
- Working time from Monday to Friday
