Manufacturing Supervisor

• Responsible for the organization and coordination of the production of each machine to carry out the production plan;
• Ensure the team to follow the company's rules, regulations, and process standards; ensure to complete the production order efficiently under the premise of good quality;
• Responsible for the management of production staff, supervise and ensure that workers follow the standard operation; coordinate between the production and other departments; provide the operators with work guidance and training as required.

***Specific duties of this position include:
• Host the workshop meeting and coordinate the production work in the workshop
• Arrange production according to production plan to ensure timely delivery of orders
• According to the actual production needs, organize and arrange personnel to carry out production operations reasonally and maximize personnel utilization
• Master the production process of each process, allocate personnel and equipment reasonably, ensure semi-reasonable finished product inventory and complete the order on time
• Review the output and production effiency of each line and make sure it meets the target.
• Supervise, coach the operators to proceed the production according to company stradards
• Master the charactoristics and quality requirements of each process, supervise the producton process and insure the operator proceed the production according to the quality standardization
• Coordinate with warehouse about the out and in of the raw material and finished goods
• Supervise the operators in the workshop and correct those behavior which violate the company regulation or the standardization
• Take shopfloor tour three times at least for each shift, check the quality of the products and 5S status and correct any violation if needed
• 5S management in work shop, make sure the shift follow the 5S regulation.
• Coordinate and assist the supervison of the warehouse operator, inspector and maintenance technician of the shift
• Deal with the emergency of the shift and arrange the work according to the priority
• Communicate and coach the operators of the shift and continuously improve the production efficiency of the operators
• Convey the company policy and standards to operator regularly as a communicator between the operator and the management
• Supervise and inspect the safety of the workshop, eliminate the hidden danger and prevent the accident
• Timely communicate with production supervisor and other departments to solve emergency in production process

REQUIREMENTS:

***Education:
• Engineer level
• Graduated from Univesity
• Graduted from University
• Major: Automotive or Electrical/ Electronics

***Experience:
• 3 years experiences in production fields in multinational company
• Over 2 years working experience as production supervisor or other management position
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem solving capability in production process
• Teamwork sprit and sense of responsibility
