Mô tả công việc
JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Day-To-Day Operations
1. Ensure proper housekeeping of operation facilities
2. Ensure strict and firm disciplinary control of all levels in accordance to policy, rules and regulations
3. Ensure all operational equipment are in function in accordance to operational manuals and/or working instruction
4. Regular or timely meeting to all of MFG engineers, supervisors and operators on all aspects of internal or external issues
5. Regular checking of all operational recording information in accordance to IATF, ISO9001 & ISO14000 system
6. Conduct routine check for waste area.
B. Production
1. Daily monitoring by shift and ensure all utilization and efficiency are met in accordance to planning schedule provided by planning department.
2. Ensure proper working instruction are adhere at all time
3. Regular checking of all parameters of CNC program, machines setting...
4. Provide proactive contingence plan if daily output and NG percentage is not achieve
5. Manage and control overtime arrangements
C. Engineering
1. Responsible for developing, testing, modifying and creating solutions to technical problems
2. Oversee the research and development of new program, tooling, machines and procedures.
D. Maintenance
1. Daily monitoring machine breakdown and find the solution to repair by internal or external
2. Ensure proper preventive maintenance all the machines base on schedule
E. Process Management
1. Proactive attitude to ensure manufacturing machinery and equipment follow working instructions which are tabulated, updated and/or revised according to processs management plan (PMP).
2. Providing supporting function to PE and QA to all samples built follow the needs and expectation of customer requisition.
3. Providing supporting function to PE to tabulate new processes for new products launch and/ or continuous improvement plan.
4. Manage material review board (MRB) to ensure proper disposal of material discrepancy
F. Organization
1. Update of manpower strength, roles and responsibilities, function and position
2. Manpower planning update to ensure meeting the headcount budgetary
3. Update Job Description for all positions.
G. Monthly performance reporting.
1. Ensure utilization and efficiency report tabulate by the department is appropriate adequate and accuracy.
2. Ensure timely reporting to management
3. Provide action plan for KPI achievement or demerit situation.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Male. Age: 35 - 45.
2. Degree holder or above, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing or related disciplines.
3. Possess 8 to 10 years and above with solid experience in production of which preferably over 5 years at managerial level.
4. Solid experience in mechanical, electronic or precision manufacturing.
5. Business language level of English
6. Deep knowledge in ISO 9001/14001, IATF16949.
7. Direct report to Plant Manager.
8. Enterprice Resource Planning (ERP) System experience.
9. Experience of managing Profit & Loss responsibilities for manufacturing
10. Strong leadership, confident, quick action and logical thinking.
11. Dynamic, honest and with ability to work under very high pressure.
12. Good organizational skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-tasks.
13. Able to work at team-based and individual-based level.
14. Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough and transparent.
15. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
