MES Project Manager
Manages the development and implementation process of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects for end-user client customers. Plans and directs the project schedule. Manages the project budget and costs. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Organizes the activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. This position has overall responsibility for the project success.

Responsibilities:
• Direct communication and interactions with customers.
• Documents key communications, status, plans, and commitments.
• Prepares material/hour effort estimates and supports new proposal efforts.
• Identify and execute change orders when required.
• Punctually communicates project progress, budgets, task disposition, etc to Management and customer.
• Distributes project communications to team, customer, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Typically requires 2+ years of experience in project management for systems, software, or process automation.
• Experience developing and maintaining project financial forecast.
• Direct customer contact experience while leading a project
• Experience developing and maintaining Project Plans and Work Breakdown Structures.
• Understand and complies with policies relating to Standards of Business Conduct.
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Knowledge of common software development practices include Agile methodology.
• Experience working with remote development teams.
• Experience of web based applications and environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Project Server.
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
• Electronics and/or Automotive experience.
• Available and willing to work flexible hours to meet project commitments

General Skills:
• Education – Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering from a well-known University
• Analytical skills – Must have an analytical mindset to identify a user’s needs and to implement solutions to meet the needs
• Communication skills – Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Teamwork – Must be a team player. Ability to actively contribute from day one in a fast paced and evolving environment
• Time management – be able to work to business timelines and schedules, often working on multiple projects while ensuring the work produced meets best practices
