The IL6S Site Lead is a key member of the site Leadership Team and is responsible for driving IL6S to create a living High-Performance Work Culture (HPWC) that challenges the status quo and the behaviors of the core team and members aiming at zero losses and 100% employee engagement.
1. Develop a clear understanding of the requirements for the IL6S process (e.g. behaviors, attitude, and culture) to facilitate different IL6S Phase at the site
2. Provide absolute clarity to the site regarding the importance of the Compelling Business Need (CBN) and the Zero Loss Journey – and ensures that all site objectives link to both
3. Develop coaching/capability modules and deliver training to team members in IL6S elements and Focus Improvement (FI) tools like 3σ, 5S, KAIZEN, Daily Meeting System (DMS), etc. and drive behavioral changes during the OJT

4. Develop systems along with the line leads for regular tracking of performance against KPI’s by team members through channels like DMS and ISC Scorecard
5. Supporting IL6S communication and reward & recognition efforts. (E.g. success stories, poster sessions, FI awards competition). In other words: be an active IL6S Champion and promote the IL6S program.
6. Play a key role in the preparation, execution and follow-up of the IL6S deployment strategy and Roadmap by providing support to teams in effective usage of FI tools
7. Design and implement Visual Management System to bring IL6S alive at the shop floor
8. Identify FI projects using data-based assessment tools such as End to End Cost Loss Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Global Water Fall (GWF) - Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Reliability, 3 Sigma Certification Process, etc as well as by facilitating “Productivity workshops” and stimulating “Employee Improvement Suggestions”
9. Deliver and support IL6S trainings and Workshops to support preparation for IL6S different Phase certification
10. Coach FI project leaders and team members to the successful completion of their projects reaching forecasted productivity targets. Guide the Yellow Belt (YB), Green Belt (GB) and Black Belt (BB)s to certification supporting them where needed
11. Organize and lead project “Toll-Gate” and IL6S review meetings with key stakeholders (i.e. project sponsors, plant lead & line leads, customer service, and logistics managers, etc.). Facilitate Gemba-Walks (shop floor walk-through) with the plant leadership team to review the progress of IL6S, coach the plant management team and identify improvement opportunities
12. Identify, translate and promote best practices reapplication at the site
13. Champions the implementation of IL6S performance metrics across the site ensuring that issues and problems are made visible to all leaders on the site.
14. Drives the IL6S master plan for the site – including the expected outcomes and milestones of the IL6S journey for each phase and drives timely reviews at the site.
15. Facilitation of learning events including open house events to ensure ongoing learning to other sites
16. Plays a key role in the annual site contact (business plan) – through zero loss mastery and cascade to pillar 3-year objective plans

Yêu cầu ứng viên
University degree (Engineering degree or combination of business management and engineering preferred)
Working experience in an HPWS organization min 3Yrs.
5-6 years’ experience in a Supply Chain environment
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
Experience leading multi-functional / multi-cultural teams from shop floor (must) to management levels
Communication, motivation and good listening skills; Fluent in English
Statistical understanding & tools (Minitab SW)
Solid understanding of manufacturing and/or supply chain processes
Working experience in an HPWS organization min 3Yrs.
5-6 years’ experience in a Supply Chain environment
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
Experience leading multi-functional / multi-cultural teams from shop floor (must) to management levels
Communication, motivation and good listening skills; Fluent in English
