FULL TIME POSITION to serve as a center of expertise for dissemination, guidance and implementation of NCE methodologies in Factory.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :
NCE Methodology & synchronization of all Pillar methodology:
• Work with NCE Manager to establish & evolve NCE Organization Structure & Implementation Strategy
• Establish & follow TPM strategy & master plan according to Business needs & T&P roadmap
• Set up framework & routine for Executive Committee, Local Committee, Pillar, Work groups
• Promote and ensure linkage among Manufacturing Pillars & foundations to ensure alignment across pillars
• Promote cross-fertilization within the factory. Share & learn from other Nestlé factories.
• Benchmark with other Factory within the market and across the markets
• Ensure TPM work is impacting both results and the culture change towards the factory / market vision
• Ensure an overall understanding of different Manufacturing pillars and how they integrate through Factory NCE Master Plan to deliver the improved results
NCE Methodology, Training, Coaching & Assessment
• Drive the NCE implementation by supporting the factory managers and pillar leaders
• Coordinate TPM trainings at factory level to close TPM competency gaps
• Motivate and empower people through positive attitude
• Support achievement of improvements by providing coaching to working groups AWG
• Standardize all NCE practices as THE BEST and apply in whole factory
• Replication validated good examples and best practices in whole factory
• Support all DMAIC/SMED/Improving projects in TPM lines in term of methodology, project support and project timeline management
• Develop AWG teams have GSTD (all) and DMAIC (key members) competences in level “Can do and can coach”
• Coordinate and organize NCE Assessment & closing gaps in the factory
• Monitor and report the TPM Drivers (TPM results and press) and act upon deviations & coordinate monthly report to Market TPM Manager.
• Ensure pillar training material, relevant templates and tools are always available to the factories at the latest released version
Technical, Product & Process development expert
• Work with relevant functions and Pillars develop effective training solution and knowledge transfer program:
• Develop effective Technical, Product & Process training program (such as technical operator and high skill technician program)
• Build and continuously improve Technical training center
• Take feedbacks from both trainer and user to improve program
System and capacity management
• Simulation capacity for whole plant and factory scope
• Simulation for new product and CAPEX investment and coordinate with cross function to alignment investment strategy
• Consult for system team about all practice in SAP/ NSAM
• Manage factory saving system
• Manage improvement and suggestion system
Other as assigned from Line Manager

QUALIFICATIONS :
• Education requirement: Bachelor degree; English ability: excellent (speaking, reading, listening and writing); Computer skill: required
• Computer knowledge: MS. Power Point, MS. Excel; VBA basic; Experience related to position: 2 years;
• Good communication, persuasion, interpersonal, natural leadership, analytical skills
• Operational/Business Experiences:
• Competencies in DMAIC methodology is plus (White Belt, Yellow Belt), TPM experience is plus.
• Advance presentation skill is plus
• Previous Leadership experience (leading others or projects teams), 2 year experience in a operational / engineering function. Experience in people / project management
