Manufacturing Engineer

* Main responsibilities:
- Design, implement and improve manufacturing systems with the purpose of increasing production, decrease costs and enhance the product.

* Duties:
- Plan, implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes according standards and policies as well as customer requirements.
- Plan and implement assembly lines and related equipment as tooling, spare parts and back-up tools.
- Implement engineering- and process changes as well as safety guidelines.
- Teach relevant staff by means of “hands on”-practicing principles and techniques of the running production system.
- Establish work instructions, line layout, assembly manual, back-up documentation and related documents.
- Guide and support start of new manufacturing projects.
- Provide technical support to internal customers.
- Assembly line programming.

- Working in Hai Phong Plant.
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of engineering or similar.
- Min. 1-2 years of professional experience in manufacturing and assembly operations.
- Profound analytical and problem solving skills.
- Auto CAD experience, MS Office knowledge and PLC understanding.
- Good mechanical and technical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent English.
