Manufacturing Engineer

In this role, you will provide engineering expertise during manufacturing operation including development, optimization the manufacturing process, so as to achieve: best quality, less labor time, quicker lead time for our products.
- Provide technical expertise / solution for daily manufacturing technical issues
- Be responsible for the manufacturing process development including BOM, MPP, and WI to follow strictly DWG/ECO/ECN
- Prepare tool & fixture & equipment for production within budget.
- Participate to root cause analysis for all quality defects and/or quality findings.
- Implementation of corrective action and preventative action for process quality issues.
- Ensure timely resolution for quality defects.
- Perform Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing projects
- Provide technical ownership for manufacturing and testing processes and quality improvement of products
- Own or support manufacturing engineering projects requiring development of specifications, purchase, installation and
qualification of manufacturing equipment
- Participate in EHS related actions to improve plant safety in all areas
- Other tasks as assigned by leader

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university
- 1-2 years Working experience in manufacturing job

Desired Characteristics
- Prior experience with Lean manufacturing
- Tool or process design experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt certified is preferred

- Up to date technical Knowledge of the latest trends in manufacturing Technology and ability to apply and adapt
