- Provides technical support and guidance to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and business readiness for new technologies by driving innovation and continuous improvement in the main areas of manufacturing systems, processes, equipment and procedures
- Lead ~1-4 Manufacturing Engineering Technicians
- Provides production line support / troubleshooting
- Drives improvements in line Metrics, efficiencies, yields
- Displays manufacturing process knowledge
- Defines / develops new processes, techniques, equipment and tooling
- Displays equipment capability knowledge
- Provides support and guidance for equipment performance issues
- Drives improvements to P.M. and Calibration requirements and techniques
- Interfaces with equipment suppliers (negotiations, technical issues)
- Defines optimal line layouts considering all areas, flow, logistics etc.
- Shares technical information from external environment
- Provides Design for Manufacture support at all stages of product design cycle

Yêu cầu ứng viên
University graduated with technical majors
1 - 5 years related experience in Electronics Company
Good English (this job will work closely with foreigners)
Prefer good understanding of SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
Excellent in communication, problem solving, customer oriented
Ability to work flexibly and under high pressure
