General Information: This position will manage the Quality System & Doing FMEA, DOE & PCP, in-charge of Internal Audit
Detail Job Description:
1. SME (Subject Matter Expert): FMEA&PCP
- Create Plant Wide Process Flow
- Create Baseline Process Control
- Follow up with Global Team about changes and instruction
- Review with ME, QE, IE, TE team when have changes to Process Control
2. Process Engineer
- Define specification for SMT and PTH Process: Coating Thickness, Reflow, Wave, Rework Profile
- Study Customer requirement for Product or Follow IPC Standard in case Customer do not have specific requirement.( IPC-A-610, IPC, IPC J-STD-004, IPC J-STD-005, IPC JEDEC J-STD-020 ...)
- Process Audit to meet requirement as defined
- Control and Monitor Site Document to meet specific requirement from Global Document, Global Standard
- Enhance system to fulfill specific requirement on Process Control
3. Internal auditor about ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, OHSAS
- Take part in Internal Audit to maintain and enhance Quality System
- In charge for External Audit, Global Audit program to Prove Compliance ad share Best Practice for others site
4. DOE experience and Core Tools for Process Control (FMEA, PCP, MSA, SPC)
- Using DOE and MiniTab to Analysis the Factors that Impact to the Process and Improve the Effectiveness for Process Control
- Lean Bronze Certificate: Doing Lean Project to Eliminate Waste and Gain more Cost Savings

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated with technical majors
- 2 - 5 years related experience in Electronics Company, at least 1 year experiences with FMEA, Quality System Management
- Familiar with TL9000, ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, OHSAS18001
- Good English (this job will work closely with foreigners)
- Prefer good understanding of SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
- Excellent in communication, problem solving, customer oriented
- Ability to work flexibly and under high pressure
- 2 - 5 years related experience in Electronics Company, at least 1 year experiences with FMEA, Quality System Management
- Familiar with TL9000, ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, OHSAS18001
- Good English (this job will work closely with foreigners)
