- Supervise and manage production department to produce good quality products at low cost and on time delivery
- Managing the entire production process, setup plans and monitoring of production progress, production process

- Educate and stimulate subordinator

Requirements
- Ensures that maintenance of production machinery through the engineering department
- Assists with forecasting of labor requirement, and recommends changes in equipment and work layout, production methods and material handling procedure
- Assists with selection and training of factory supervisor ensuring the development of good labor relations
- Provide on job training to new comer and all operator
(E) QUALIFICATION (Education level, year experience in specific field, sex, age, training needs, special ability)
Physical Ability: Sex Male or Female
Age: 27 years old up
Education: Production Management Degree or its Equivalent
Experience: At least 5 years in Management
Training Need: IATF16949 & ISO 14001
Special Skill Ability: Manage and Analyze in Product and Quality
