Mô tả công việc
1. Design tool jig, machine design (mechanical or electrical, PLC programming) whole or part of machine, station;
2. Development process to setup new production line, new metal stamping machine, running new product
o Design process, work flow, FMEA for product.
o Build operation instructions for production line, machine setting condition document, maintain standard, check sheet to
operate line.
o Mass trial run handle
o Mass production readiness preparation
o Apply ECN, PCN, horizontal expansion activities
3. Trouble shooting & problem solving for all related issue of quality, technical, process on assembly production line
o Troubleshooting to ensure the operation of equipment, machine. Diagnose, analyse for trouble, error arising on
production line
o Action feedback for related quality problem of customer claim, in process audit….
4. Continue improvement for quality up, productivity up & reduce production cost
o Improving activities to improve ability & performance of equipment, machine
o Product design feedback, process improvement to improve productivity
5. Equipment, machine management, spare parts control for machine, production line
o Equipment working ability checks as periodically, preventive maintenance for both machine & tooling
o Release DWG to making & order spare part for tooling if need
o Contact with supplier for machine, equipment to take service when happen trouble & plan maintain
6. Support to supplier to solve issue during setup or trial new machine & new process

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. EDUCATION: graduated from College up (major: Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic)
2. WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years working in the field of tool, jig, machine, automation design or robot;
- 2 years of experience at the position of Chie technician/Production engineer/Automation engineer in manufacture company
3. OTHER REQUIREMENT:
- NX, Autocad, PLC... programming skills;
- Be able to read technical drawings;
- Good knowledge at manufacturing processes;
- Can speak English (can speak Japanese is advantage)
