A content enhancer with a critical eye who polishes, refines, challenges, cuts what doesn't fit and directs the focus of the story in banner copy, campaigns, articles, landing pages etc. to convert audience.
As one of Southeast Asia's leading technology companies that provides comprehensive service in hotel and flight booking, Traveloka is looking for a Managing Editor in Vietnam. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of English and Vietnamese copies in Traveloka products and promotion materials. You have a passion for language and translations, and you are able to make sure that Traveloka products can benefit our local market with the highest standard of quality.
* Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all copies in both English and local language reach high standard of quality across all campaigns, interfaces and landing pages.
2. Collaborate with localization project teams, identify and solve linguistic problems.
3. Create style guides for Vietnam, in order to be used in all Traveloka communication channels.
4. Support creation of creatives and promotional materials in Vietnam.
5. Review English and Vietnamese content produced/translated by copywriters and ensure localization quality.
6. Continuously improve the performance of creatives through post-mortem data and research

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce copywriting
2. Fluency in English is a must, min. iBT (Internet-based TOEFL) 100 or its equivalent
3. Have a strong capacity of empathy in understanding online consumer
4. Critical thinking and ability to persuasively influence through storytelling
5. Attention to detail with critical eye
6. Have an ability to convey ideas and concepts to support content creation
7. Self-driven in managing and accomplishing projects under tight deadlines and be able to work in a high demanding environment with minimum supervision
8. Familiar with SEO basic knowledge
9. Familiar with social media best practice
10. Strong project management and organizing skills.

You will work with high-caliber individuals including graduate of Ivy League universities, top-tier consulting companies, big 4 audit firms and multinational companies. Be a pioneer and challenge your capability in setting up new business processes for a Southeast Asia's premier technology company!
