Managing Director [Working in Long An]

*Working location: Phuc Long Industrial Park – Ben Luc, Long An Province

*Responsibilities
• Represent the Company in the course of its day-to-day operation of the Company to any local authorities, state agencies (administrative, taxes, customs, police, judicial and extrajudicial authorities or any other agencies, organizations, individuals...) and sign any other deeds, documents within the scope of authorization for the purpose of exercising the powers provided herein;
• Represent the Company to conclude, sign, extend or terminate any contracts for purchase, sale, lease or hire purchase products, provision or use of services or business cooperation or any contracts, transactions arising in the ordinary course of the manufacture and export of the Company within the scope of authorization where such is in the best interest of the Company
• Be responsible for planning and overall strategic direction of the Company
• Give the goal, orientation for development and strategies of the Company, including plan for human resources, sale, of goods; and any other works required for operation of the Company
• Manage and be responsible for all activities and operation of the Company
• Warrant and represent that he/she shall strictly and fully comply with laws and regulation in conducting activities of the Company, as well as obtaining all regulatory licenses, permits or approval required for the business activities of the Company in the field in charge
• Be responsible for profits, direction of development and the growth of the Company
• Ensure achievement of current goals of the Company and the expectations of the Company, the Company’s owner on sales growth, profitability, product quality, talent development and other activities
• Make and implement business plan
• Set up and manage the employees to achieve the best result on business
• Work under obligation of Director as prescribed by laws or Charter of the Company
• Report to Chairman of Members’ Council
• And other tasks as assigned by the Employer from time to time.

*Skills and Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant field. Master Degree is preferred
• Extensive managerial experiences
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
• Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
• Familiarity with corporate law and management
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office
