Managing Director

- Organize, lead and develop activities about securities brokerage, financial product development, investment advisory, corporate finance, M&A, etc.
- Make plans and targets for each department and office in order to accomplish the objectives of the Chairman and tasks of the Board.
- Implement financial activities such as mobilizing, using and controlling capital effectively on the basis of good risk management.
- Assists the Chairman in developing and implementing business strategies for the Company (including planning, directing and evaluating strategies) to ensure the tasks assigned by the Board of Directors;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Chairman, Board of Directors

- Have a vision, a broad knowledge, creative ideas
- Have 10 - 15 years of experience in Finance/Banking/Securities and at least 5 years of experience in a similar management position;
- University degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting from Foreign Trade, Economics, Finance or recognized universities in foreign countries.
- Having a securities practice certificate
- Candidate with CFA, CPA, ACCA is highly preferred;
- Having success in the areas of brokerage services for retail clients, M&A or corporate finance is an advantage;
- Experienced in cost planning, revenue generation and process improvement.
- Having virtue, leadership thinking, management skills and business management in the field of securities;
- Knowledge of the stock market, products, services and trading systems;
- Have deep relationships with potential organizations and individuals in line with the sector;
- Have management skills
- Good command of English
- Ability to communicate and negotiate;
- Ability to work in team and coordinate with colleagues in the company.

- Salary review annually in January, Quarterly bonus
