*END RESULTS:
- Management of the Project Management Office and its Functions
- Reporting & Record Keepingỏ
*KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Proactively and reactively ensure all key tasks are identified, allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Early attention to current and / or identification of potential problem areas and actively enabling the resolution process
- All monthly, quarterly, bi- annually and annually reporting to the respective stakeholder’s needs to be maintained and no exceptions for the delay.
- Regional and Local Management Reporting on Status (Financial & Operational).
- Eye for detail is a must during reporting. Ensuring back-up information is always, readily available. Maintain all records digitally (as far as possible).

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in business management in financial / services industry.
- Professional experience and / or certifications in project management
- Experience in using MS-Project or other PM tools
ABILITIES/ATTRIBUTES:
- Good written and verbal communication skills and Stakeholder management ability
- Ability to create crisp yet explanatory presentations / memos etc. as and when required.
- Ability to analyze and understand impact of delays / changes of tasks on the overall plan and to seek appropriate approvals
- Ability to courteously and firmly follow up with all stakeholders for their timely submissions and minimizing need for escalations to seniors.
- 3-5 years of working experience in a Financial Services or a FinTech company with 2-3 years in Project Management of a large, multi-functional project or business
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in business management in financial / services industry.
