Manager – Finance & Accounting

- Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the financial plans and policies of the organization;

- Provide financial advice and accounting support to all divisions
- Review budgets, quarterly forecasts and provide necessary support
- Review and check accounting transactions to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
- Review, check and control payments
- Prepare, review and check financial reports to ensure accuracy
- Manage the team to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency
- Manage funding arrangements to Offices to ensure sufficient funds are provided
- Work together with business partners to develop a more systematic revenue management and pricing
mechanism for operation, including costing and financial analysis
- Prepare monthly reporting for Management and Business Units
- Prepare quarterly, yearly budget and year end audit
- Oversee all aspects of accounting functions and evaluates financial return from key customers
- Support operation’s business analysis and project financial evaluation
- Monitor and evaluate financial processes and proposes recommendations and corrective actions
- Responsible for the financial consolidation of logistics business and actively participate in month-end
closing processes
- Supervise and coach subordinates to facilitate daily operation flow and month-end closing
- Evaluate monthly financial performance, prepare budget and forecasting, monitor working capital and
communicate with countries management team on financial performance
- Monitor and evaluate financial processes and proposes recommendations and corrective actions
- Handle new report request from divisions and create template for presentation and prepare P&L analysis
according to division’s requirements
- Prepare cost allocation files and upload to system and provide guidelines to colleagues regarding book
keeping requirements and updated SAP accounting regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

- Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting
- At least 4 years experienced in finance and accounting with at least 2 years as supervisor or assistant
manager level; External audit experience from big 4 accounting firms is a plus
- Experienced in Logistics and Supply Chain is an advantage
- Good at analytical skill and solving problem skill
- Detailed & resulted orientation, high sense of responsibility, time management well
- Passionate with work and career growth
- Good at English communication skills ( both verbal and written )
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
