Mô tả công việc
Roles and Responsibilities
• Identify training needs within the entire sale staff base, including training requirements for adapting new changes/conditions from sales management team.
• Liaise with Sales team to identify & evaluate training needs, requirements on training related matters and recommend training interventions, create appropriate training modules and deliver the training programs to strengthen the quality sales management team.
• Develop and maintain personal development plan for all trainers and sales management team
• Implement, advise on, supervise and monitor progress made via training program
• Ensure sales management team apply and improve their performance
• Assess training programs
• Rehearsal & Certify training program to trainers and sales management team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Degree, MBA is preferable
• Min 3-5 year experience in training or coaching, life insurance, banking
• MS Office
• English fluent in both written and spoken will be preferable
• Effective organizational skills
• Teamworking skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Coaching- oriented
