Manager, Receiving & Warehouse

Duties may include but not limited to:
• Manage the warehouse and inventory management system, physical distribution operations, implementing logistics technology, customer liaison and relationship, organization development and training
• Develop and enhance warehouse strategies, policies and processes to optimize warehouse capacity and efficiency with minimal costs
• Plan and manage the allocation of manpower resources based on business needs to ensure efficient warehouse operation
• Manage daily work flow to ensure appropriate personnel are placed strategically to maximize output
• Monitor the availability and reliability of infrastructure and equipment to minimize downtime and resolve
problems/breakdowns immediately
• Monitor and identify operational cost drivers, establish business controls and provide solutions to reduce costs
• Manage the Receiving operation ensuring goods/services are received based on SOP and stipulated service and quality standards
• Develop and manage delivery schedule from suppliers ensuring docks availability are optimised
• Work closely with various Business Units, including but not limited to F&B, Casino, Hotel, Quality Assurance on the receiving of goods with agreed quality level, physical distribution of goods, and return of defective items to suppliers
• Ensure timely posting of receiving/delivery documents from suppliers into the system so that suppliers are paid timely
• Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize financial write-offs by safeguarding inventory and conducting regular inventory stock count

• Can relocate to work in Da Nang, Quang Nam
• Preferably 8 - 10 years of industry experience in logistics operations management providing overall direction and implementation and continuous improvement of receiving and warehouse operation
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience in warehouse management
• Ability to think strategically with track record in implementation of inventory, receiving and warehouse management system
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
