Ensures production readiness & quality calibration through:
• Active participation in commercialization events
• Die Test & Production Review and Approval
• 1st day production review and calibration with factory on any new style
• 5 – Star Quality SOP Analysis & Auditing
• Train the PQA and Calibrate them ( CDT Process / Technical Skills )
• PQA performance review by monthly basis.
• Meeting with factory peroidically to review the Order & Delays, Audit Results and review the CAP
Key Performance Indicator
• Achieves 90% on-time for commercialization and production readiness events
• Implements & Improvements Plan
• Monthly CAP and Performance Review
• Orange sticker + Final Inspection defects rates should be less than 4 % as Caleres Goal

Education:
- University Education with a focus in:
Industrial Engineering
Lean Manufacturing
Production Management
Business Information Systems
Strong background in mathematics, statistics and IT
Other areas accepted
Language:
- Competent English Language (must be written and spoken)
- Chinese spoken (not required but nice to have)
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Office (must)
- Access Data Base or similar (not required but nice to have)
- University Education with a focus in:
