Manager - PPC

Job Purpose
Under the company policy and guidelines, to control and monitor the production plan’s formulation and implementation, to ensure that the production department to achieve the specified performance indicators

Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
• Develop, assess and monitor the production plan to ensure can implement effectively.
• Coordinate and motivate various departments to ensure smooth production and production capacity can be fully utilized.
• Guidance and support the work of subordinates in order to help them resolve work-production problems and to enhance subordinates’ work capability.
• Formulate and improve the workflow of the various departments and oversee its effective implementation in order to ensure smooth and effective work of the department.

• Bachelor’s Degree and with equivalent combination of education on garment and textile.
• With working experience in garment planning for at least 5 years.
• Good at Chinese/English
• Proactive and patience
• Coordination and communication skills
• Analytical ability
• Planning Ability　
(Less experience will be considered as assistant manager or senior supervisor)
