Mô tả công việc
• Manage a team of pattern makers and tailors.
• Ensure correct samples are produced on time.
• Work with designers, merchandisers, workshops to build optimal cost structure for each style.
• Verify consumptions and confirm consumptions with workshops.
• Ensure pattern room completes correct work books from development stage through to gold seal.
• Work with merchandisers to ensure all samples are fully tested according to customer requirements. Contact test houses and forward results to customers.
• Explain key production issues to in-house QC team and factory QC. Work closely with Albetta operations manager.
• Advise relevant departments of any changes during the sealing process.

Fluent English; proficient in Lectra or Gerber; technical experience in children’s fashion; management experience.
